摘要
本文介绍一种心室晚电位体表探测分析系统。该系统将模拟心电信号转换成数字信号,在QRS波平均中,选R峰点为参考点,应用QRS样板波及QRS波面积算法排除早波及干扰波影响,应用双向数字滤波技术消除滤波的振铃效应。在数据处理后可绘出或显示出分析曲线与12个分析参数。临床应用证明,该系统可获得较多的信息。本文对有关探测与分析技术及效果问题也进行了讨论。
<ABSTRACT>
A system for detection and analysis of ventricular late potentials (LP )
on the body surface is introduced. The system converts analog ECG sig-
nals into digital signals. The peak of the R wave is used as a time refer-
ence for averaging of QRS. QRS template and QRS area algorithms are
made to reject PVCs or false QRSs. To eleminate ringing effect, bidirec-
tional digital filtering is made. After data processing, histograms and 12
parameters can be plotted or displayed. Clinical applications have shown
the system could provide more useful information and decrease false po-
sitives of Lp. Some problems related to techniques and effects of detec-
tion and analysis are also discussed.
