摘要
固型燃料的再生成形技术已广泛应用干生产,压制成形机的特种螺杆设计是技术关键.本文阐明的两种设计方法为:固体摩擦理论与能量平衡原理;在理论分析方面均有各自的特色与局限性,实际使用结果证实均有较良好的精度.两种方法应相互补充、相互交替使用.
The technique of reprocess shaping of solid fuel is applied in production widely.The design of special type bolt on pressing shaping machine is the key technique. In this paper two design methods are expounded:solid friction theory and energy balance principle,both of them have different advantages and limitations.The result obtained in practice use shows that these methods have high precision.The two methods should be replenished by each other and used alternately.
