摘要
目前边界元法还很少用于润滑问题的研究,原因在于雷诺方程的基本解很难求得.本文通过拟合推力轴承的油膜厚度,将雷诺方程转化为拉普拉斯方程的形式,用边界元法很快就得到了推力轴承的压力分布.计算结果表明,该方法的计算精度在实际工程中是能够被接受的。
The pressure distribution in oil film of the thrust bearing according to the Reynolds’ equation is expressed by boundary element method (BEM) with special solution and general solution format.The special solution can satisfy the Laplace equation by fitting the oil film thickness,and the distribution of oil pressure can be obtained by BEM with constant element and linear element,respectively.It is shown that this method can meet the demands of practical engineering calculation.
