冷挤压成形是一种高效、无切削的塑性成形技术．具有生产率高、材料利用率高的独特优点．冷挤压成形技术的关键是冷挤压成形模具，它的加工制造要求较高，成本也高，不仅要有高的硬度和强度，还应具有高的纫性与耐磨性，以便挺高模具的寿命．

In this paper experimental results about TiN courting on cold extrusion die is described.The lifetimes of male die increase by more than 2 timea.According to service results trod electron microscope observation,the failure forms of male die are related to following factors: hardness,toughness,adhesive strength of the coating,carbon content in substrate friction and abrasive wear.
