摘要 目的 研究学校突发事件处置与学生群发性癔病预防。方法 运用描述流行病学和分析流行病学原理对典型学生群发性癔病 3例进行分析。结果 均有明显诱因 ,临床表现类似 ,以主述症状为主 ,基本上无有意义的体征和异常实验室检查结果。结论 学校突发事件处置不当 ,先入为主、反应过度、调查方法简单是导致学生群发性癔病重要因素之一。学校应该加大对危机管理的力度 ,研究突发事件处理技巧 ,尽量创造一种能减少心理应激的环境 ,加强健康教育 ,培养学生健康的心理素质。 Objectives To study the handling of the abrupt public health events in school and the prevention of the student community hysteria.Methods Applying descriptive and analytic study,to analyze the three cases about the student community hysteria.Results The clear causes had been found.There were similar clinical expression in the cases.The recounted manifes were the main symptoms.There was no significant body sign in general.The abnormalities were not found in the examination.Conclusions It was the main reason to cause the community hysteria of students for the school not to handle properly and to react subjectively and excessively.In the other hand,it was another main reason that the investigating method was very simple.It was necessary for school to make every effort on crisis administration,to study the handling skills of abrupt public health events,to create the conditions of decreasing psychology stress with all their heart and all their might,to enhance health education and to foster the health psychology quality of a student.
