摘要
目的 调查人群空腹血糖水平、血糖随增龄的上升幅度及高血糖检出率。方法 研究对象为北京市政府机关和科教卫生单位工作人员 (包括离退休者 ) ,共计 2 936 5例。资料来源包括问卷调查、全面体检及血液生化检查 ,血糖检查一律用血清 (葡萄糖氧化酶法 )。结果 研究对象以5岁分组。 2 5岁以上各组空腹血糖随年龄逐步上升 ,直至男性 6 5岁组 ( 4 5 3升至 5 5 2mmol/L)或女性70岁组 ( 4 5 5升至 5 4 8mmol/L)。高龄老人 (≥ 80岁 )仍保持较高水平 (男≥ 5 4 6、女≥ 5 2 7mmol/L)。2 0~ 74岁间血糖随年龄上升幅度约为每 10年 0 19~ 0 2 2mmol/L。 5 0岁以下各年龄组的血糖数据近似正态分布 ,2 0至 39岁组血糖的第 5至 95百分位水平为 3 8~ 5 8mmol/L。但 5 0岁以上各组呈明显正偏态 ,主要因为 5 0岁以上组高血糖者较多。本次体检空腹高血糖 (≥ 7 0mmol/L)的检出率也随年龄上升 ,2 0至 39岁组 <1% ,但≥ 6 0岁男性可达 9 7%~ 10 6 % ,女性较低为 6 4 %~ 7 3%。年龄标化的高血糖检出率为 3 4 2 % (男 )和 2 18% (女 )。结论 空腹血糖和高血糖检出率随年龄逐步上升。空腹血糖平均水平男 5 10mmol/L、女 4 97mmol/L。高血糖 (≥ 7 0mmol/L)的年龄标化检出率男女合计为 2 9%。
Objective To study the changes in serum glucose level and prevalence of hyperglycemia, and to observe the extent of glucose elevation with increase in age Method The subjects (total 29 365 cases) enrolled in this study were institutional populations in Beijing (including those retired) Medical histories were taken by questionnaires All cases received thorough physical examinations and blood chemistry survey Fasting blood sera were used for glucose analysis with glucose oxidase method Results Stepwise increase in serum glucose was evident after age 25, and reached its top level in the age group 65 ~ 69 (male, 4 53 ~ 5 52 mmol/L) or 70~74 (female, 4 55 ~ 5 48 mmol/L), It remained higher than middle aged subjects in the advanced age groups The extend of glucose increasement with age was about 0 19 ~ 0 22 mmol/L / 10 years The 5 ~ 95 percentile value of glucose in the young age were 3 8 ~ 5 8 mmol/L Prevalence of hyperglycemia (glucose ≥7 0 mmol/L) in the young was < 1% , and increased to 10% in old men, but less in women(7%) The standardized rates of prevalence were 3 42 % (male) or 2 18 % (female) Conclusion Stepwise increase in serum glucose level and prevalence of hyperglycemia was evident after age 25 The mean level of serum glucose were 5 10 mmol/L(male) or 4 97 mmol/L (female) The standardized rates of prevalence were 3 42 % (male) or 2 18 % (female)
