摘要
大连机车车辆厂研制的东风4D系列内燃机车,是以240/275ZJD系列柴油机为动力的一组机车的统称。240/275ZJD系列柴油机采用合金铸铁机体,可提供全纤维锻钢曲轴,配备燃油电子喷射系统和增压设备。东风4D系列内燃机车采用交直流牵引主传动装置,主发电机采用TQFR3000E型系列三相交流同步发电机,直流牵引电动机为ZD109B型鼻悬式或ZD106A型全悬挂的电动机,主整流柜由ZP2000 32型硅整流元件组成,机车配备电阻制动装置。东风4D系列内燃机车也有采用交直交电传动装置的机型。东风4D系列内燃机车走行部的新技术有:滚动抱轴轴承箱、25°压力角的牵引齿轮;适应高速机车的高圆簧和全悬挂装置;适应小半径曲线机车用的径向转向架。机车广泛应用单元制动和弹簧停车装置。
DF4D series Diesel Locomotives designed and manufactured by Dalian Locomotive Works, are a group of locomotives that utilize 240/275ZJD series diesel engines. 240/275ZJD series diesel engines use alloyed (cast-iron) engine block, offering full fiber forged crankschaft, equipped with EFI system and supercharging (devices). DF4D series Locomotives adopt AC-DC transmission gear: the primary generator is TQFR-3000E series three-phase synchronous generator; the DC traction motor is ZD109B nose suspended or ZD106A fully (suspended) type; the primary rectifier cabinet uses ZP2000-32 silicon rectifying cells; the locomotive is equipped with resistor braking equipment. DF4D series locomotives also have AC-DC-AC transmission versions. New technologies on the running gear include: rolling seize bearing box, 25° press angled traction gears; helicoil (spring) and fully suspended unit for high-speed locomotives; radial bogie for small radius curve tracks. DF4D (series) locomotives are widely equipped with unit brakes and spring halt units.
