简要回顾2003年铁路工务部门在线桥修理、第五次提速、安全专项整治、线路动态检查、防洪抢险、养路机械及工务专用设备的装备和运用、工务信息管理系统建设、全路绿色通道建设等方面所做的主要工作,提出2004年工务重点工作思路。
