摘要
1990年6～7月,云南省盈江县发生一起人间鼠疫流行,经流行病学、临床和实验室检查,共确诊腺鼠疫患者8人。患者主要临床表现为高热、淋巴腺肿大疼痛,伴头痛、寒战、乏力、恶心等症状。在治疗中,5例肌注链霉素、3例肌注庆大霉素,同时口服磺胺嘧啶和对症支持治疗,15～20天全部病例治愈。经分析,我们认为引发人间病例的传染源为黄胸鼠(Rattusflavipectus),传播媒介为印鼠客蛋(Xenopsylla cheopis)。
An episode of human plague prevalence occurred in Yunjian County, Yunnan province in June to July, 1990. The results of epidemiological, clinical and laboratory investigation showed that 8 patients were affected by bubonic plague. Major clinical symptoms of the patients were fever, enlargement of lymph nodes, tenderness, complicated with headache, shiver, fatigue, nausea etc. In treatment, intramuscular streptomycin for 5 cases and gentamicin for 3 cases, combined with oral sulphadiazine and symptomatic supportive treatment. All the patients were recovered within 15-20 days. Analysis revealed that the reservoir host which led to the human plague was Rattus flavipectus and transmission vector was Xenopsylla cheopis.
