本文比较了一种新型抗原制剂斯氏狸殖吸虫成虫尿素溶解性抗原(PsAWU)与该虫常规盐水浸出抗原(PsAWS)的皮试效果。结果表明,在425名受试者中,PsAWU和PsAWS的皮试阳性率分别为10.3%(44/425)和10.8%(46/425)。皮试阳性平均肿胀差为6.72±3.94和6.87±3.74。皮试阳性者中,以PsAWS作LA和ELISA,两项试验均阳性者24例。其皮试平均肿胀差PsAWU8.00±4.31、PsAWS8.31±4.40。经统计处理均无显著差别。认为PsAWU可替代PsAWS进行皮试。
The effectiveness of a new antigenic preparation, urea-soluble antigen of Paragonimus skrjabini adult worm (PsAWU), was compared with the conventional saline-extracted antigen of P.s (PsAWS) in intradermic test (IT). 425 subjects were tested, positive rates and average swelling difference of papulae with PsAWU were 10.3% (44/425) and 6.72 ± 3.94, and those with PsAWS were 10.8% (46/425) and 6.87 ± 3.74, respectively. In addition, average swelling difference of papulae of the 24 individuals, who were positive both by ELISA and LA with PsAWS, was 8.00 ± 4.31 with PsAWU and it was 8.31 ± 4.40 with PsAWS. Statistic analysis by Chi-square test and t-test showed no significant difference (P > 0.05) in positive rates and average swelling difference of papulae between the 2 antigens, indicating that PsAWU could replace PsAWS in IT for epidemiological investigation.
