真菌性角膜溃疡的临床治疗观察

The clinical effect of integrative therapy on fungal keratitis

目的:分析综合治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的临床效果。方法:对我院连续收治的真菌性角膜溃疡76例(76眼),在药物治疗的基础上,应用病灶刮除、100g/L碘酊烧灼、结膜瓣覆盖和穿透性角膜移植等方法综合治疗。随访3mo,依角膜病灶变化判定疗效。结果:治愈64例(84%),显效7例(9%),有效2例(3%),无效3例(4%),总有效率96%。结论:应用药物治疗为主,辅以其它综合治疗,对真菌性角膜溃疡的治疗安全、有效。

AIM: To determine the clinical effect of integrative therapy for fungal keratitis(FK).· METHODS: Seventy-six patients (76 eyes) were treated with anti-fungal drug therapy combined with focal lesion cleaning, 100g/L tincture of iodine cauterizing, conjunctival flap surgery, and penetrating keratoplasty, etc.· RESULTS: After follow-up of 3mo, sixty-four eyes (84%) were healed, 7 eyes (9%) improved significantly, 2 eyes (3%) improved, and 3 eyes (4%) remained unchanged. The rate of efficiency in total was 96%.· CONCLUSION: It proves to be safe and effective to treat FK with integrative therapy, which includes the main drug therapy and other anxiliary therapies.
