维生素B_(12)联合抗病毒药物治疗深层单疱病毒性角膜炎

Subconjunctival Vitamin B_(12) injection for deep herpes simplex keratitis

目的:观察维生素B12球结膜下注射联合抗病毒药物治疗深层单疱病毒性角膜炎的疗效。方法:63例深层单疱病毒性角膜炎,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组33眼,应用维生素B12球结膜下注射和阿昔诺韦(ACV)点眼治疗;对照组30眼,常规抗病毒治疗,3mo后观察结果。结果:观察组与对照组比较,病程明显缩短,治愈率提高,总有效率达94%。结论:应用维生素B12球结膜下注射联合抗病毒药物治疗深层单疱病毒性角膜炎与传统治疗方法相比较,安全,经济,疗效显著。

AIM: To evaluate the effect of Vitamin B12 on deep herpes simplex keratitis.· METHODS: Sixty-three patients of deep herpes simplex keratitis were randomly divided into two groups. The 33 cases in Experimental Group were treated with Vitamin B12 injection. The 30 cases in Contrast Group underwent conventional herpes resistant therapy. The outcomes were observed 3mo later.· RESULTS: Compared with Contrast Group, the Experimental Group had remarkable shorter duration and improved curative rate, with the total effective rate of 94%.· CONCLUSION: Subconjuctival Vitamin B12 injection is a safe and effective method to treat deep herpes simplex keratitis.
