摘要
目的利用功能磁共振成像研究衰老对视觉数字工作记忆的影响。材料和方法8个青年和8个老年人参加了有关正序(正背)和反序记忆(倒背)数字的实验,采用1.5T磁共振记录提取阶段大脑的反应。结果①反序记忆大于正序记忆的情况出现在青、老年的左侧前额叶、左侧枕叶视皮质。②正序记忆大于反序记忆的情况仅出现在青年组的右侧额下回。③老年人在右侧额下回和右侧颞中回的激活体积明显大于青年人。结论功能磁共振成像有助于加深对老年认知功能的理解。
Purpose:To evaluated effects of age on visual digital memory with MRI.Materials and Methods:There are eight younger subjects and eight older subjects in the memory test,while1.5T MRI was used to record the reactivity of brain during the retrieval period.Results:The left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex and left visual cortex were more activated in backward than in forward for both of younger and older subjects.The right gyrus frontal inferior was more activated in forward than in backward only for younger subjects.Elder subjects showed stronger activations in right gyrus frontal inferior and right gyrus temporalis medius than younger.Conclusion:fMRI was helpful to understand the cognition of agˉing.
