摘要
目的 :观察复方丹参对大鼠再生神经局部微循环的作用并探讨改善微循环对早期神经再生的影响。方法 :16只大鼠随机分成A、B 2组 ,用壳聚糖神经导管桥接右侧 8mm长的坐骨神经缺损。术后 2周A组开始腹腔注射复方丹参注射液 0 .3ml,每日 1次 ,连续治疗 3周 ;B组无任何治疗。术后 6周 ,进行大体观察 ,坐骨神经功能指数、微循环和组织学检测。结果 :2组的再生神经均已越过远端缝合口 ,A组再生神经的微循环指标与有髓神经纤维数、有髓神经纤维密度均显著高于B组。结论
Objective: To detect the variation of local microcirculation in regenerated nerve with injecting salvia miltiorrhiza injection solution into abdominal cavity, and to evaluate the influence of amelioration of local microcirculation on nerve regeneration. Methods: Sixteen adult Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups. An 8 mm long nerve defect was made in the right sciatic nerve and was bridged by a 12 mm long chitosan tube, filled with saline for both two groups. Two weeks post operation, 0.3 ml of salvia miltiorrhiza injection solution was injected into abdominal cavity every day in group A for 3 weeks. No treatment was given to group B. Gross observation, microcirculation examination and histological staining were carried out and nerves sciatic nerve function index was measured at 6 weeks post operation. Results: At 6 weeks post operation, regenerated nerve existed at both group A and group B. However, each measurement index in group A was better than in group B ( P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion: Early injection of salvia miltiorrhiza solution can ameliorate local microcirculation and promote peripheral nerve regeneration.
