氯氮平合并多虑平治疗精神分裂症的阴性症状

Doxepin Auxiliary Treatment in Negative Symptoms of Schizophrenia

目的 :探讨氯氮平合并多虑平治疗以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症的疗效。方法 :5 6例阴性症状为主的精神分裂症住院患者分为研究组 (氯氮平合并多虑平治疗 )和对照组 (氯氮平治疗 ) ,采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、阴性症状量表 (SANS)评定疗效 ,副反应量表 (TESS)评定副作用。结果 :2组疗效差异无显著性。研究组的起效时间较对照组缩短约 2周 ,而副反应严重程度低于对照组。结论 :氯氮平合并多虑平治疗对阴性症状疗效与单纯氯氮平治疗相仿 ,但起效时间快 ,副反应低。

Objective: To study the efficacy and side effects of Doxepin combined with Clozapine in the treatment of schizophrenia whose predominant clinical features were negative symptoms. Methods: 56 cases of schizophrenia whose predominant clinical features were negative symptoms were randomly assigned to be treated with Clozapine combined with Doxepin (combination treatment group ) or Clozapine alone (control group). Therapeutic effectiveness was assessed by PANSS, SANS, and side effects by TESS. Results: There was no difference in the therapeutic effectiveness between the two groups. The effectual time in the combination treatment group was 2 weeks earlier than that in the control group. The side effects was milder in combination treatment group than in control group. Conclusion: Doxepin has significantly curative effect and earlier effectual time in the auxiliary treatment of negative symptoms.
