摘要
我们用硝酸稀土培养基做了猪种、羊种布鲁氏菌促进生长试验,结果表明,猪种布鲁氏菌菌体细胞每分裂一次其时间可提前22分钟,羊种布鲁氏菌则可提前12.7～17.5分钟,说明硝酸稀土有促进布鲁氏菌生长作用。
An attempt was made to promote growth of Brucella melitensis and Brucella suis in nitric acid rare earth as a medium. The results showed that each time the mitoses occurred, the mitotic time for B.suis cells could be moved up 20 minutes, and the time for B.melitensis ones 12.7-17.5 minutes, indicating that nitric acid rare earth as a medium may play an important role in promoting the growth of Brucella.
