视神经损伤后修复再生的分子神经生物学机制研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 详尽回顾了近二十年来视神经损伤后修复再生机制的研究进展 ,从不同角度分析了发达国家学者的多种实验方法及其对视神经损伤后修复再生机制研究的不同见解。提出了研究视神经损伤后修复再生机制需要在基础领域 ,如分子神经生物学和生物物理学等方面进行多方位寻求 ;而利用哺乳动物作为中枢神经系统损伤后修复再生的模板 ,从多学科入手则可以较直观和科学地深入论证视神经和脑损伤后修复再生的变化规律。 This article detailed and completed to review the advancement and pr ogress of research on repairment and regeneration in molecular neurobiology and visual biophysiology after optic nerve injury in twenty years. We analyzed and s tudied from difference in point of view the different opinions of many scientist s in developed country of world for kinds of experimental methods. We knew that there are lots of biological,physiological and physical factors in mechanisms o f restoration and regeneration after optic nerve injury. Therefore,seeking for n ew scientific methods and regularity of restoration and regeneration after optic nerve injury,we required to investigate the characteristic of optic nerve incl uding(center nerve system,CNS) restoration and regeneration after optic nerve i njury on mammalian in the basic fields of various department.
