1996年～2000年湖北省与全国医疗保健消费的对比研究

A Contrast Research of Medical Care Consumption Between Hubei Province and the Whole Country During 1996～2000

目的 :对比分析 1996年～ 2 0 0 0年湖北省与全国城镇居民医疗保健消费状况 ,总结我国医疗保健消费的一般特点和湖北省医疗保健消费的规模、水平。方法 :按城镇居民家庭人均医疗保健消费支出及其所占比重进行统计分析 ,并计算相关指标。结果 :我国城镇居民医疗保健消费规模随收入增加而扩大 ,湖北省医疗保健消费低于全国平均水平 ,消费结构处于较低层次。结论 :针对湖北省医疗保健需求相对不足的现状 ,提出对策建议 ,并探讨湖北省医疗服务市场的发展前景。

OBJECTIVE:By contrast analysis of medical care consumption status of urban dweller between Hubei province and our whole country, to summarize the common characters of our country's medical care, as well as the scale and the level of medical care in Hubei province. METHODS:To exert statistic analysis on per capita medical care consumptive expenditure of urban dweller's families and its proportion , also to calculate the interrelated indexes. RESULTS:The scale of medical care consumption of our country's urban dweller became larger with increasing of the income. The level of medical care consumption in Hubei province is below average level of our whole country, and the consumption structure lay in lower level. CONCLUSION:Aiming at the current status of relatively insufficient requirment of medical care in Hubei province , some good suggestions have been put forward and the developing prospect of medical treatment and health care market in Hubei province has also been discussed.
