前列地尔治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变的临床研究

Clinical Study of the Efficacy of Lipo PGE_1 in the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的 :研究前列地尔 (商品名 :凯时 ,LipoPGE1 )治疗糖尿病周围神经病变 (DPN)的临床疗效及观察其不良反应。方法 :10 0例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为治疗组 4 6例 ,给予LipoPGE1 10 μg d ,共 4周。对照组 5 4例 ,应用维生素B1 10 0mg +维生素B1 2 5 0 0 μg d ,共 4周。结果 :治疗组痛觉过敏、痛觉减退、肢体麻木、肢体疼痛、腱反射减弱治疗后有效率达 79%、6 4 %、95 %、87%、78% ,明显高于对照组的 5 2 %、4 3%、6 0 %、5 0 %和 33% (P均 <0 .0 5 )。运动神经传导速度 (MVC)、感觉神经传导速度 (SCV)治疗后均有一定提高 ,与对照组比较有显著差异 (P均 <0 0 5 )。结论 :LipoPGE1 是治疗DPN较为理想且安全的药物。

OBJECTIVE:To study the efficacy and adverse reaction of Lipo PGE 1 in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy .METHODS:100 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into treatment group(46 cases)and control group(54 cases).In Lipo PGE 1 group, Lipo PGE 1 was administered at the dose of 10μg/d for 4 weeks. In control group, VitB 1100mg+VitB 12 500μg/d was injected for 4 weeks. RESULTS:After the treatment,the efficacy of treatment group on hyperpathia, hypalgesia, numbness of limbs,pain of limbs and tendon hyporeflexia was 79%、64%、95%、87%、78%,respectively;it was significantly higher than that of control group〔52%、43%、60%、50%和33%(P<0.05 )〕.Significant increases were observed in motor nerve conduction velocity(MVC) and sensory nerve conduction velocity (SCV) after the treatment .There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05 ). CONCLUSION: Lipo PGE 1 is an effective and safe drug for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
