摘要
本实验着重观察了严重碘缺乏状况下,大鼠体内免疫系统功能的改变。实验观测了大鼠脾细胞在丝裂原半刀豆素蛋白诱导下产生白细胞介素-2的能力,应用交叉免疫电泳法测定了动物血清中免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG和IgM的相对含量。结果表明严重缺碘组大鼠其体内免疫球蛋白IgG含量显著升高,脾细胞在丝裂原诱生下产生白细胞介素-2的能力增强,与正常对照和正常碘组相比有显著统计学差异(P<0.01)。后两组结果相似(P>0.05)。本实验提示严重缺碘大鼠其免疫系统功能处于亢进状态,可能具有产生自身抗体的倾向。
In this study, changes in immune function were demonstrated in the rat model. Reared on severe iodine deficient diet, Rats were tested for the ability of Interleukin-2 production by the spleen cell and the capacity of IgG, IgM,IgA production. Results showed that the rats in severe iodine deficient state produced much more IgG as compared to control as well as normal iodine diet group(P<0.01). Furthermore the ability of Interleukin-2 production in the low iodine diet rats is also in a state of hyperfunction (P<0. 05). Whereas these two indices in control and normal iodine group showed no difference (P>0. 05). These results indict that the immune function of the low iodine diet group is hyperactive and has a tendency of production of auto-antibodies.
