摘要
通过对方形黄鼠蚤4个亚种成虫的氨基酸组成及含量的比较分析,发现它们在氨基酸的组成上是一致的,均含有17种氨基酸,其中有15种含量比较稳定。雌雄虫之间在氨基酸的含量上明显不同。4个亚种雌虫之间在氨基酸的总量上以及在Gly、Ile、Leu和His含量上具有显著或非常显著性差异;雄虫之间在氨基酸的总量上以及在Glu和Gly的含量上具有显著或非常显著性差异。作者认为,七河亚种在我国是存在的。
The composition and content of amino acids in just emerged adults of Citellophylus tesquorum sungaris, C. t. mongolicus, C. t. altaicus and C. t. dzetysuensis were determined by Carlo Erba 3A30 Amino Acid Analyzer. The results showed that the four subspecies were the same in composition of amino acid. T-tests of amino acid contents showed; (1) the significant differences existed between the males and females of each subspecies on the total contents of amino acid, and highly significant differences existed among the four subspecies; (2) the highly significant differences existed between the females of different subspecies on the contents of Gly. , Iie. , Leu. and His. , and between the males of different subspecies on the contents of Glu. and Gly. . It is reasonable to divide Citellophylus tesquorum into four subspecies in China.
