摘要
目的 :对我院麻醉药品的使用情况进行评估并对麻醉药品的合理使用提供依据。方法 :对 2 0 0 3年我院麻醉药品处方进行分析。结果 :共收集处方 16 35 6张 ,常用药物 5种 ,使用频度最大的是哌替啶针 ,年消量最大的是芬太尼针。结论 :麻醉药品使用基本合理 。
Objective: To evaluate the situations of narcotic drugs used in our hospital so as to provide information for rational use of drug. Methods: We analysed the quantity and clinic application of narcotic drug used in our hospital 2003. Results:According to 16356 prescriptions which were collected and 5 werd often used often, The top frequency of use was pethidine, and the most consumption per year was fentanyl. Conclusion: It is rational for the clinic application of narcotics, but the use volume was less in later cancer patients.
