片剂、胶囊型保健食品的崩解时限检测

Determination of time limit for disintegration of health foods of tablet or capsule

〔目的〕对片剂、胶囊型保健食品的崩解时限检测进行研究 ,并对仪器因素影响崩解时限检测结果的原因进行了初步探讨。〔方法〕根据中国药典 95版 ,对大量片剂、胶囊型保健食品的崩解时限与内容物的组成及性质有关。对仪器影响崩解时限检测结果的原因进行了探讨 ,认为可对挡板的形态进行改进。〔结论〕因保健食品与药品不同 ,应对片剂及胶囊型保健食品的崩解时限指标进行完善。建议对崩解挡板进行改进。

〔Objective〕 To determine the time limit for disintegration of health foods of tablet or capsule and investigate the effect of instruments on the time limit.〔Methods〕 Plenty of health foods of tablet or capsule were examined according to Pharmacopoeia of China No.9.〔Results〕 The time limit for disintegration of some health foods of tablet was quite long.However,the time limit depended on the contents and their property for them of capsule.The shape of the baffle in the instruments should be improved.〔Conclusions〕 The criteria for time limit for disintegration of health foods of tablet or capsule should be modified.Meanwhile,the shape of baffle in the instruments should be improved.
