摘要
目的 :探讨猪苓汤抑制肾结石形成的作用机理。方法 :采用乙醛酸溶液制作大鼠肾结石模型 ,采用反转录聚合酶链反应 (RT -PCR)技术检测肾结石大鼠OsteopotinmRNA的表达。结果 :诱石剂可使大鼠肾脏OPNmRNA的表达量明显增加 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;而猪苓汤则可抑制OPNmRNA的表达 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :猪苓汤对乙醛酸溶液诱发的肾结石形成有抑制作用。
Objective: To discuss the mechanism of Zhuling Decoction on refraining the formation of calculus of kidney. Methods: The rat model of calculus of kidney was made by glyoxylic acid. The expression of Osteopotin mRNA in model rat of calculus of kidney was detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction. Results: The expression of Osteopotin mRNA in model rat could be improved by calculus inducer(P<0.05), but be refrained by Zhuling Decoction(P<0.05). Conclusion: Zhuling Decoction has efficacy of refraining the formation of calculus of kidney evocated by glyoxylic acid.
