活血止痛合剂中芍药苷的含量测定

Determination of Lactiflorin in Huoxuezhitong Mixture

目的 :建立RP -HPLC法测定活血止痛合剂 (赤芍、当归、丹参 )芍药苷的含量。方法 :采用反相高效液相法。色谱条件 :ZORBAX×ODS色谱柱 ;流动相 :甲醇 -水 (2 5 :75 ) ,检测波长为 2 30nm ,流速 :1.0ml·min-1。结果 :芍药苷在上述色谱条件下 ,分离效果理想 ,芍药苷在 0 .2 5～ 2 .0 μg范围内 ,线性关系良好。结论 :本方法简便、准确 ,重现性好 ,可作为活血止痛合剂的含量测定方法。

Objective: To establish the method of RP-HPLC for the determination of Lactiflorin in Huoxuezhitong Mixture (Red peony root, Chinese angelica, Dan-shen root). Methods: Chromatography glass column is ZORBAX×ODS; Move phase was methyl alcohol-water (25∶75). The detection wave-length was 230nm. The flow-rate was 1.0ml·min -1 . Results: Lactiflorin will be linear relation at 0.25～2.0μg scope in above condition. Conclusion: The method was convenient and accurate with good reliability. It could be a method of RP-HPLC for the determination of Lactiflorin in Huoxuezhitong Mixture.
