川芎嗪及其盐的薄层鉴别

Differentiation in Thin Layer between Ligustrazine and Its Salts

目的 :对盐酸川芎嗪、磷酸川芎嗪进行定性鉴别。方法 :用四甲基吡嗪作为对照品 ,采用甲醇作为溶剂 ,用薄层方法进行鉴别。结果 :通过实验方法考察 ,使用碱性氧化铝板 ,以浓氨 -甲醇 (1.5∶10 0 )为展开剂 ,碘化铋钾显色能对产物作出定性鉴别。结论 :该方法简单、灵敏 ,能有效地对合成过程中产品进行监控。

Objective: To qualitatively differentiation between ligustrazine with hyochloric acid and phosphoric acid. Methods: Contrasted with tetramethylholarrhimine, they were differentiated with thin layer and methanol as solvent. Results: Study by experiment, with alumina and thick ammonia-methanol (1.5:100) as outspread preparation, the amiobi display color for the determination of product. Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive for the control of product in synthesis procedure.
