摘要
医患沟通是医院提升服务功能的重要办法 ,本文重点讨论了医院提升服务功能的重要性 ,针对问题提出了“零缺陷”医患沟通的做法和效果 ,并认为“零缺陷”医患沟通是医院提升服务质量 ,解决医患矛盾的良好方法。
The link between doctors and patients is an important method in promoting hospital service function. This article mainly discusses the significance of promoting hospital service function and puts forward the way and effect of applying zero defect into the link in view of problems as well. It shows that it is a good way to promote service quality and solve contradiction between doctors and patients.
