Experiments with Teaching Management Courses through Games

为了研究游戏教学在管理学科教学中的效果 ,在近期的生产运作课程教学中 ,我们作了尝试。教学实践证明 ,这是一种教学创新 ,不仅能够充分调动学生的主动性 ,而且能够培养学生的团队精神和协作意识 ,培养学生参与管理实践的能力 ,值得推广。

In teaching operations courses, the authors have experimented with teaching through games. The experiments show that this is an innovative method of teaching that may produce good results. It may not only effectively bring students’ initiative into play but also foster students’ teamwork and cooperative spirit and help raise their management skills. Therefore, this teaching method should be popularized.
