摘要
文章借助心理契约的基本理论 ,分析了在高校对教职员工管理过程中重视心理契约的必要性。为使组织与个人目标一致而形成战略伙伴关系 ,也为使管理结果产生整合作用 ,本文探讨了建立与维系学校与职工之间的心理契约所应当采取的方法。
This article presents an analysis of the necessity of attaching importance to the mental contract in a university’s management of its faculty and staff. It also discusses ways of establishing and maintaining the mental contracts between a university and its faculty and staff in order to form synergic partnerships between the two parties and create a constructive team through integrated management.
