摘要大量资料表明，全球糖尿病人数在不断增加，使人们生活质量不断下降，如何预防糖尿病成了医务工作者21世纪的主要任务，现对葡萄糖耐量低减（IGT）及预防2型糖尿病的进展综述如下。
