膝关节盘状半月板关节镜下成形术疗效观察

Evaluation of the curative effect of arthroscopic meniscus plasty of the knee joint discoid cartilage

目的 探讨关节镜下盘状软骨成形术的疗效。方法 30例患者 30侧膝关节盘状软骨采取关节镜下成形术 ,使成形的软骨接近于正常的半月板形态。结果 按Ikeuchi膝关节评价等级评定疗效 :优 2 0例 (6 6 7% ) ,良 7例(2 3 3% ) ,中 3例 (10 % ) ,差 0例。按Lysholm评分方法术前术后功能评定疗效差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 关节镜下盘状软骨成形术手术创伤小 ,术后恢复快 ,是治疗膝关节盘状软骨理想的方法。

Objective To evaluate retrospectively the curative effect of arthroscopic plasty of the discoid cartilage of the knee joint. Methods Thirty patients(31 knees) with discoid lateral meniscus or with discoid lateral meniscus with injuries had undergone arthroscopic plasty to remove the redundant central portion to fashion a common semi-lunar pattern . Results Based on Ikeuchi's grading, 66.7% of the knees had an excellent result, 23.3% had a good result and (10% had a fair result, none had poor result;based on Lysholm's scoring scale, there were significant improvement after the operation (P<0.01). Conclusion It is suggested that arthroscopic meniscus plasty plays an idea role in the treatment of discoid meniscus of knee, and should be performed as soon as the disease was diagnosed by arthroscopic examination.
