摘要
目的 探讨血清瘦素和血脂与初乳期产妇少乳的关系。 方法 对 39例初产妇 ,其中纯母乳喂养组 (正常组 )2 1例和低比例母乳喂养组 (少乳组 ) 18例。分别于来乳第 1和第 4天测定血清瘦素和血脂水平进行分析。结果 少乳组产后来乳第 1和第 4天血清瘦素水平明显高于正常组 ,并以来乳的第 1天为甚 ;血清甘油三脂水平少乳组在来乳第 1至第 4天呈显著下降趋势 ,但胆固醇则无类似改变。结论 初乳期产妇血清高瘦素水平及其血清甘油三脂显著减少是产妇少乳的可能原因之一。
Objective: To study the relationship between the hypogalactia and the serum levels of leptin and lipid in women of the foremilk stage.Methods:Thirty-nine women with their first delivery were divided into two groups according to their breastfeeding status. One was normal breastfeeding (breastfeeding group,n=21),the other was low proportion breastfeeding (hypogalactous group,n=18). The sera of all patients were collected on day 1 and day 4 of galactosis. The serum levels of leptin and lipid were determined by RIA and biochemical method.Results: The serum levels of leptin in hypogalactous group on day 1 and day 4 were significantly higher than those in normal breastfeeding group,particularly on day 1. The serum concentration of triglyceride but not cholesterin in hypogalactous group was significantly lower than that in normal breastfeeding group from day 1 to day 4.Conclusion: High serum leptin and low triglyceride levels in the first delivery women might be the causes of hypogalactia at the foremilk stage.
