核受体系统对P540芳香化酶的调节作用

摘要 芳香化酶 (P4 5 0aromatase ,P4 5 0arom)作为体内雌激素生物合成的限速酶 ,主要分布于人体性腺、骨骼、脂肪和大脑等雌激素的靶器官。核受体及其配体在许多生物学领域中具有重要的生理作用和治疗应用价值 ,近期的研究发现核受体通过组织特异性P4 5 0arom启动子调节不同组织中芳香化酶的表达。
