激素治疗男性不育症的现状及展望 被引量：6

The present and future state of hormonal treatment for male infertility

摘要 多数男性不育症的病因学尚不明确 ,因此特异性药物治疗男性不育症的疗效并不理想。辅助生殖技术是目前严重男性不育症的常规治疗方案 ,特别是以卵胞浆内单精子注射 /体外受精 (ICSI/IVF)最受瞩目。尽管如此 ,在部分男性不育症中 ,激素疗法仍有潜在的适用范围。激素治疗可以提高精子的质量 ,促进新的蛋白质和基因生成或基于激素受体作用机制以刺激精子的产生。激素疗法与ICSI/IVF联合应用 ,可提高后者的成功率。激素疗法的潜在作用机制则有待进一步探讨。
