颈动脉血管成形术及支架置入术的并发症及处理 被引量：18

摘要 颈动脉血管成形术及支架置入术在临床上应用逐年增加 ,其对于脑卒中的预防价值尚不明确 ,且颈动脉血管成形术及支架置入术有较多的并发症 ,如脑梗塞、支架内血栓形成 动脉闭塞、血液动力学异常、高灌注综合征、支架变形、再狭窄和其它并发症。本文对该手术的现状、并发症及其处理作一综述。
