摘要 本文以若干震例中震前热异常与强震时空关系的统计和气象卫星热红外遥感技术的分析为基础,论证了地震遥感预报地震的可行性。提出的基本方法包括地震与震前增温异常关系的分析、研究区温度背景分析、大气校正和监测预报四个步骤。文中较详细地介绍了在临汾地区的初步应用,讨论了影响因素和震前热异常的成因。 Thermal anomaly appearing before strong earthquakes is an universal phenomenon, and monitoring the changes in temperature can become an useful approach for earthquake prediction. Theraml-IR imagery Processed with meteorological satellite remote sensing data can meet the needs of earthquake prediction through temperature analysis for its short period, high resolution, high accuracy and other superiority. Some of foundational research and preliminary applications demonstrate that temperature remotely sensed can be used as an approach to earthquake prediction. The approach includes four steps: (1) analysis for spacial and temporal relationship between earthquake and thermal anomaly; (2) analysis for temperature background in a given area; (3) atmosphere correction; and (4) monitoring and predicting. The application in Linfen area is introduced, and some exsisting problems, such as meteorological factors., cause of thermal anomaly pre-earthquake are discussed.
