普通CT 2mm薄层骨算法扫描在肺部病变诊断中的应用

摘要 目的评价普通CT2mm薄层骨算法扫描在肺部病变诊断及鉴别诊断中的价值。方法本组135例患者在常规CT10mm标准重建扫描后对感兴趣区行2mm薄层骨算法扫描。结果本组135例患者通过10mm标准重建与2mm薄层骨算法重建扫描的CT征象对照(表1-3)认为2mm薄层骨算法扫描可清晰显示肺部中轴间质及小叶间隔、胸膜下线影、蜂窝症、2~5mm小结节孤立结节内成分、边缘征象及支气管壁改变。结论通过对135例患者肺部病变的影像分析、研究认为普通CT2mm薄层骨算法扫描较10mm标准重建扫描能更好、更清晰的显示肺部病变的各种征象,在诊断肺部孤立或弥漫性结节病灶、肺部弥漫性间质病变及气道性病变的诊断中具有与高档螺旋CT高分辨扫描相似的价值,对基层医院CT检查工作的开展,具有实用性和推广性。 Objective To evaluate the value of 2mm thin slice conventional CT scan with bone algorism in diagnosis and differential diagnosis in the pulmonary diseases, Methods In total 135 cases of the pulmonary diseases were routinely scanned by conventional scan, 10mm per slice, with standard algorism, then the 2mm thin slice scan with bone algorism was performed at the interested region of the lungs. Result According to the comparative study of the CT signs between 10mm slice scan with standard algorism and 2mm thin slice scan with bone algorism, the latter was better on displaying the pulmonary axial interstium, intralobular septum, subpoeural lines, honeycombing, 2 5mm nodulars and anomalies of bronchial wall. Conclusion According to the study of 135 cases, 2mm thin slice scan with bone algorism is superior to 10mm slice scan with standard algorism in demonstrating the pulmonary lesions. It has a similar value with high resolution spiral CT in the diagnosis of the pulmonary solitary or diffuse nodules, pulmonary diffuse interstitial lesions and the lesions of the airway. It is practical and advisable in the community hospital.
