摘要
言语清晰度是评价聋儿语言水平的重要标志,尽早发现影响聋儿语言清晰度的原因,进行积极的干预和训练,具有重要意义。构音器官和构音技巧是两个重要因素,构音器官的原因,如唇、舌、齿,软腭、声带;构音技巧的原因,如发音方法、拼读、声调、停顿、重音。针对原因采取一些相应的措施,如加强构音器官的训练,教授正确的发音方法等,可以有效地提高聋儿的言语清晰度。
The extent of the speech intelligibility of hearing impaired children is one of measures of the outcomesof aural rehabilitation. There are many causes for poor intelligibility, however, it is important to identify them so thatremedy strategies can be appropriately established at an early stage. This paper attempts to discuss various factorsassociate with speech intelligibility, including speech mechanism and phonation.''
