应用一年五代快速育种技术聚合优质抗病基因 被引量:3

摘要 面包小麦育种的主要目标是转育优质高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基HMW GS ,含有 1Dx5 +1Dy1 0的品种 ,具有较高的沉淀值和优良的烘烤品质 ;抗白粉病基因Pm2 1因其抗性强、抗谱广 ,成为抗白粉病育种的首选基因。应用分子标记辅助选择的小麦快速发育技术 ,将控制高分子量谷蛋白亚基 5 + 1 0的基因和抗白粉病Pm2 1基因转育到了小麦优良品种陕 1 60中 ,在短期内培育出优质、抗病、高产的小麦新品系。 Improvement of bread making quality and disease resistance is the main objective of wheat breeding. In this study,1Dx5 and 1Dy10,the closely linked subunits of high molecular weight glutenin subunits (HMW-GS)which make flour possess high SDS sedimentation index, and Pm21 gene,the best choice to increase the resistance against all races of powdery mildew,were separately introgressed into Shan160. Afterwards these pure lines were crossed together to develop a new wheat variety resistant to powdery mildew with improved bread making quality and high yield. Special molecular marker and rapid wheat developing methodology were applied for this purpose.
