杀虫剂啶虫脒在黄瓜上的残留动态研究

Study on the Residue Behavior of Novel Pesticide Acetaniprid in Cucumber

采用田间试验和气相色谱分析方法 ,研究了啶虫脒在黄瓜上的消解动态和最终残留。结果表明 ,啶虫脒在黄瓜上的半衰期为 2 5d。 1 8%啶虫脒乳油按推荐浓度 2 0 0 0倍液和加倍浓度 1 0 0 0倍液施药 3～ 4次 ,施药间隔 7d ,距最后一次施药 1～ 4d采样 ,啶虫脒在黄瓜中的残留量小于 0 1mg/kg。

The residual dynamics and final residues of acetaniprid in cucumber were studied through field experiment and gas chromatography analysis. The half-life of acetaniprid was 2.5 days in cucumber. Being treated 3～4 times for every 7 days each with acetaniprid 3% EC at recommended concentration of2 000 times liquid and double concentration of 1000 times liquid,the residue of acetaniprid in cucumber 1～4 days away from the last treatment was less than 0.1 mg/kg.
