Research progress of pituitary adenylate cyclase - activating polypeptide and its receptors
摘要
垂体腺苷酸环化酶激活肽是首先从绵羊下丘脑分离出来的具有多种生物活性的神经肽 ,它广泛分布于中枢神经系统、周围神经系统及非神经组织中 ,通过与PACAP受体结合 ,激活腺苷酸环化酶 ,利用第二信号系统 ,作为神经递质、神经调质。
