摘要
[目的 ]建立高效液相色谱方法检测血清中双酚A(bisphenol ,BPA)的浓度 ,并测定普通人群血清中双酚A的水平。 [方法 ]按照高效液相色谱法的程序建立检测血清双酚A的方法。选择无任何职业性接触双酚A记录的普通人群作为研究对象 ,检测其血清双酚A水平 ,建立普通人群中的正常基准值。 [结果 ]建立的高效液相色谱法能够满足检测血清中双酚A的要求 ,检测限为 0 .3 9ng/ml。 2 45例血样中 ,12 0例可检出双酚A ,全部样品的双酚A的浓度范围为未检出~ 15 .9ng/ml ,中位数水平低于检测限 ,P75为 2 .0 5ng/ml,95 %上限为 6.8ng/ml。男女检出率无差别 ,检出率在不同年龄组间存在差别。随着年龄的增长 ,检出率上升。 [结论 ]本研究显示 ,建立的高效液相色谱法能够满足检测出普通人群血清中双酚A的要求。普通人群中血清双酚A的浓度都比较低 ,正常基准值低于 6.8ng/ml。个别水平较高 ,其来源需要关注。
Objective] This study aimed at establishing HPLC method to detect bisphenol A (BPA) concentration in serum and to determine serum BPA level in general population with this method. [Methods] First,HPLC method was established following the general procedure. The 245 workers(211 males,34 femals) without any occupational exposure to BPA were chosen as the study objects,the serum bisphenol A was determined and its reference level was calculated. [Results] The established HPLC method can meet the requirement to detect BPA in human serum. The limit of quantification is 0.39 ng/ml. BPA could be detected in 120 serum samples from the total 245 samples. The detected concentrations of BPA range from non-detectable to 15.9ng/ml (median<0.39 ng/ml; quartile3=2 05ng/ml). There was no difference in the detection ratios between females and males, while there was difference among age groups. The detection ratios increased with the age increase. [Conclusion] This study demonstrated that the established HPLC method is qualified to measure BPA concentrations in human serum from general population. The serum BPA concentrations in general population are very low,except for several cases with relatively high values. The reference level was suggested as lower than 6.8 ng/ml. Attentions should be paid to the sources of bisphenol A.
