降糖益肾方合二甲双瓜治疗2型糖尿病50例

Decreasing Glucose Availing Kidneys Prescription and Metformin Hydrochoride Enteric-coated Tablets Treat Type 2-DM

目的 :观察中药降糖益肾方合二甲双胍片治疗 2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法 :治疗组 50例口服降糖益肾方、二甲双胍片。对照组 45例口服二甲双胍片。两组均连续用药 3个月 ,监测两组治疗前后空腹及餐后 2h血糖 (FPG、PG2h)、空腹胰岛素(Fins)血脂 (TC、TG)及血液流变学指标变化 ,并计算胰岛素敏感指数 (IAI)。结果 :治疗组临床症状改善、FPG、PG2h、Fins、TC、TG以及血浆粘比度、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原与对照组比较明显降低 ,IAI明显提高 (P <0 0 1、P <0 0 5)。结论 :中药降糖益肾方合二甲双胍片治疗 2型糖尿病疗效确切。

Objective:To evluate the effects of Chinese herbal medicine-decreasing glucose availing kidneys prescription combined with Metformin Hydrochoride Enteric-coated Tablets therapy for type 2-DM.Methods:Experimental group:50 cases taking decreasing glucose availing kidneys prescription combined with Metformin Hydrochoride Enteric-coated Tablets.Comparison group:45 cases taking Metformin Hydrochoride Enteric-coated Tablets.Each subject was followed three months,observe the FPG,PG2h,Fins of the both groups before and after treatment and calculate IAI,TG,TC and the index change of blood agglutinant.Results:The symptoms of experimental group were improved,the FPG,PG2h,Fins,TC,TG and plasma agglutinant,HCT,fibrinogen were obviously reduced and the IAI raised comparing with the comparison group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:The effect of Chinese herbal medicine-decreasing glucose availing kidneys prescription combined with Metformin Hydrochoride Enteric-coated Tablets therapy for type 2-DM is confirmed.
