Advance of Developing Small Molecular Inhibitor for LAP Protein

摘要 IAP蛋白可以直接与caspase-3、caspase-7和caspase-9结合而产生抑制凋亡的作用,通过抑制IAP可以直接促进细胞的凋亡。由于计算机辅助药物设计的蓬勃发展,加之小分子的自身优越性,以IAP为靶点的小分子抑制剂成为最近几年研究的热点并表现出了巨大的发展潜力。
