摘要
本文首次提出政府农村卫生投入和农村卫生总费用测算方法 ,分别从筹资与利用角度估算了农村卫生总费用 ,对不同测算结果进行相互比较 ,从不同角度反映农村卫生资源状况。
Investing rural health by the government and calculating total rural health expenditure were explained in the paper.From both finance and utility,the authors estimated total rural health expenditure.The results were compared to reflect rural health resources from difˉferent point of view.
