摘要
非典型肺炎 (SARS)在我国部分省市的爆发流行 ,暴露出我国公共卫生系统管理中存在的问题。本文在了解我国公共卫生管理现状及借鉴国内外有益的公共卫生管理经验和做法的基础上 ,提出一些完善公共卫生管理体系的意见和建议。
The defects of public health management system were exposed through the SARS epiˉdemic.Reviewing the actuality of public health management in China and summarizing the experiences and measures of public health system at home and abroad,the author some suggestion on howto perfect public health management system.
