Case Classifications Analysis on 140 Thousand Inpatients from 1995 to 2002

目的 探讨住院病例分型分布特点。方法 应用SAS6 .12统计软件 ,对 14余万住院病例进行病例分型分析。结果 各型病例具有不同的时间变化趋势 ;医院规模不同 ,病例分型构成不同 ;病例分型不同 ,年龄构成不同。结论 病例分型分布是人们的健康水平、健康意识和疾病流行特征的反映 ;年龄是影响病例分型分布的重要因素。

Objective To discuss the distribution features of inpatients case classifications. Methods More than 140 000 cases were analyzed by using the statistical software SAS version 6.12. Results There were different trends with years for different case classifications. The different-scale hospitals had the different case classifications composition. Different case classifications had different age composition. Conclusion The distribution of inpatients case classifications reflected people's health level, health consciousness and disease prevailing features. Age was an important influencing factor of the distribution of case classifications.
