小儿癫痫310例临床分析

Clinical analysis of epilepsy of children in 310 cases

目的 探讨小儿癫痫的发病年龄 ,发作类型 ,选用抗癫痫药物的原则及减药停药的指征。方法 对本院门诊及病房诊治的 31 0例小儿癫痫资料进行回顾性分析 ,包括首发年龄 ,癫痫发作类型、病因、家庭史、头颅 CT及脑电图的检查 ,药物治疗的选用及疗效判断。结果 单用苯巴比妥治疗 2 1 8例 ,有效率在 85 %以上。症状控制 2～ 4年以上 ,脑电图改变好转或正常才能考虑减量及停药 ,减药过程要长要慢。

Objective To explore the age at which children contract epilepsy,the style of the breakout of the disease,the rules of chosing anti epilepsy medicine as well as the sign of reducing or stopping the dosage.Methods Perform a retrospective analysis of the 310 in and out patients who have been treated in our hospital.The analysis covers the age at which the children got the disease for the first time,the style of the breakout of epilepsy,the causes of the disease,the family history,CT,EEG,the choice of the medicine as well as the judgement of the effects.Results The effective rate is over 85% by solely using luminal in treating the 218 cases.The dosage can be reduced or stopped only when the clinical symptoms have been controlled for more than two to four years and EEG becomes better or normal.The course of the reduction of the dosage should be both long and slow.Conclusion Luminal is still the initial medicine to be chosen to treat the child epilepsy in primary hospitals.
