摘要 目的 了解汕头沿海地区知识分子的体重与血脂、血尿酸、血压、血糖的水平及其关系 ,为制定合理的预防心脏血管疾病的措施提供依据。方法 对 771名科技干部的体检资料进行整理分析 ,将他们按体重指数 (BMI)分为肥胖组和非肥胖组 ,比较两组之间血脂、血尿酸、血压、血糖的水平 ;进一步按性别、年龄分组比较 BMI和血脂、血尿酸、血压、血糖的水平及相关关系。结果 在 771例中 ,肥胖组的血脂、血尿酸、血压、血糖的水平显著高于非肥胖组 (P<0 .0 5及 0 .0 0 0 1 ) ,BMI与血脂、血压、血糖、血尿酸、年龄之间存在正相关关系 (P<0 .0 1 )。男性肥胖者比例高于女性(P<0 .0 1 )。肥胖对男性的代谢影响较女性大 ;不论是否肥胖 ,男性血清尿酸显著高于女性 (P<0 .0 0 0 1 )。结论 肥胖影响血脂、血尿酸、血糖代谢及血压 ,与心脑血管危险因素密切相关 。 Objective To explore the relation between weight and blood lipid,uric acid,blood sugar and blood pressure of intellectuals in Shantou and provide some basis for developing reasonable prevention strategies.Methods The medical examination data of 771 cases of intellectuals were analysed.They were divided into groups on the basis of obesity and age/gender.The level of blood lipid,uric acid,blood sugar and blood pressure were compared.Results The level of blood lipid,uric acid,blood sugar and blood pressure of obesity group were significantly higher than non obesity group(P<0.05 and 0.0001);BMI were correlated well with blood lipid,uric acid,blood sugar,blood pressure and age(P<0.01).The rate of obesity was higher in male than in female(P<0.01).Obesity had more impact on male metabolism than on female.The level of blood uric acid in male was higher than that in female,regardless of non obesity group or obesity group(P<0.0001).Conclusion Obesity affected blood lipid,uric acid,blood sugar and blood pressure;it correlated well with cardiovascular danger factors.Lowering weight had significant benefit on prevention of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
