射频消融术治疗子宫肌瘤临床价值评价

Clicial evaluation of the treatment of uterine myoma by means of radiofrequency ablation

目的 探讨自凝刀射频治疗子宫肌瘤的临床价值。方法 对经射频治疗的 2 2 1例子宫肌瘤患者的临床资料进行分析。结果 术后 6个月治疗总有效率达 94 .6 % ,治愈率为 36 .2 %。粘膜下肌瘤治疗效果最佳 ,有效率1 0 0 % ,治愈率可达 94 .2 %。直径 <5 cm肌瘤均可取得满意疗效。无 1例发生严重并发症。结论 射频治疗子宫肌瘤是一种操作简单、安全、痛苦小、有效率高的治疗子宫肌瘤的微创技术 。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of treatment of uterine myoma by means of radiofrequency ablation.Methods 221 cases of uterine myoma treated by radiofrequency ablation were analyzed retrospectively.Results The ratio of the effective treatment was 94.6%,and the ratio of the curability reached 36.2%,among which the treatment of submucous myoma had the best effectiveness-ratio of 100%,and the ratio of the curability reached 94.2%.It was a good treatment for myomas with diameter less than 5 cm.No case had serious complication.Conclusion Radiofrequency ablation treatment of uterine myoma is a simple and safe method without incision,and therefore painless and worthwhile studying further.
